Who we are

Welcome to my medical spa, TK Aesthete! 

A little about me, I am a registered nurse and not only work and own TK Aesthete, but also work at Flagstaff Medical Center in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit. I have a strong passion for both fields; I truly get to help individuals in many different forms. I could not pick between the two, but decided to pursue both dreams. I am engaged to my wonderful fiancé and he is my biggest supporter through every endeavor I have encountered. Without him, my dreams would not be my reality.  

I have been in the beauty industry for nearly 8 years but knew in my heart, I was destined for bigger and better things which led me to acquiring my nursing license. I struggled with cystic acne for over 10 years from childhood all the way through my early adult years resulting in detrimental scarring. I had tried every regimen, treatment, diet restriction, dermatologist after dermatologist, and unfortunately, nothing had made a dent in my acne or acne scarring. I had become so withdrawn socially, emotionally, and physically from the world. I was embarrassed of my skin. 

It wasn't until I was introduced to microneedling with platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, I had found the golden ticket. I had a total of three sessions and my acne and acne scarring was GONE. Yes, entirely gone. I had a new profound love for not only myself, but my skin. Part of my passion is because I was in your shoes, I struggled to look in the mirror, I struggled to love myself, I struggled to love my skin. 

I have been getting botox since I was 19 years old; not only as a preventative treatment but I was always self-conscious of my forehead so I had deep, embedded wrinkles lining my forehead. With maintenance using neurotoxins and PDO threads, my forehead lines have completely vanished.
